After going to Patharghata by bus from Barguna, you can easily reach Laldia forest by motorbike. You can also go to Patharghata via Pirojpur.

Details

To the east of this forest is Bishkhali river and to the west is Baleshwar river. The estuary of these two rivers surrounds the forest of Laldia. The beach is also at the eastern end of it. Patharghata Upazila is located at a distance of 6 km from the town of Haringhata village in Sadar Union on the banks of the river Bishkhali. Laldia beach is on the shores of the Bay of Bengal near the river Bishkhali.
