District Magistrates and Executive Magistrates:
1) Applying all the powers related to the District Magistrates and Executive Magistrates and performing duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure 1860 and the Criminal Procedure of 1898;
2) According to the Police Act of 1861 and the Police Regulations of 1943, all the powers related to the District Magistrates and Executive Magistrates;

3. Public order and public safety
1) Rule, hartal, political tension, labor unrest, etc.;

1) Licensing and other related activities according to the Cinematograph Act of 1918;
2) Operate Mobile Coat according to the Cinematograph Act of 1918;
3) control of entertainment tax avoidance trends;
4) To initiate efforts to ensure the safe and clean entertainment of existing entertainment places;
5) Creating new safe and clean entertainment opportunities for the public;
6) Permission for the program to be organized in accordance with existing laws / ordinances / rules / policies / circulars / circulars, only relevant to local culture, circumspect, drama etc.;

34. Inter Divisional Coordination:
1) Duties of the chief coordinator of the district;
2) Coordination of the inter departmental comrades of the district;

35) Establishment of the Deputy Commissioner:
